Vevo Premieres Beyonce “Live At Roseland” Concert Series

Beyonce continues to shed light into her personal life with visuals from her “Live At Roseland” concert DVD due tomorrow.

Vevo premiered this hour-long video that begins with a glimpse into Bey’s mind the first thing she wakes up:

My life goes by so fast. I was so busy thinking about the next shoot, the next video, the next single, the next tour that I couldn’t really reflect on the impact I was having on other human beings. My idea of success has completely changed. Whatever I do, it has to be something that is going to teach me about myself and something about life.

As a silhoutted Hov pulls back the curtains, the show and the tale of how Beyonce came to be begins. It was 1990 in Houston, Texas…

P.S. The 4 singer was MIA from the American Music Awards this evening but bagged the award for Best Soul/R&B Female Artist. Congrats to the hard-working mommy-to-be!

WATCH: Beyonce “I Was Here”

Not many can say they have been a star since they were a child, but when you’re Beyonce, you have much to show for it.

In her latest visual off her album 4, Bey recalls her greatest memories from talent search-winning youngster to the leading lady of Destiny’s Child to her rendezvous with high-profile politicians to her current status as Mrs. Carter (including a two-second peek at her wedding dress).

The nostalgic slideshow of home footage and performance archives plays during her live rendition of “I Was Here” from the intimate series of Roseland Ballroom concerts in New York City this past October. An emotional Bey tells the crowd, “This is dedicated to all of you.”

Lil Wayne & Cash Money Dish Out Turkeys in New Orleans

Wayne spreads Thanksgiving spirit in his city, New Orleans

With the turkey holiday less than a week away, Lil Wayne, Birdman and Slim handed out poultry after returning to the city that raised ’em in New Orleans. Weezy and Cash Money Records hosted the city’s 16th annual turkey giveaway Friday.

After his first time back in the Big Easy in 15 years,  Wayne said the gesture itself felt different. “”Those times I did it (handing out turkeys) years ago, I was just a kid and I was just doing it because Baby and Slim, we were giving away turkeys at a park and that’s what we were doin’,” the rapper said. “Now it’s a totally different feeling, because I can actually give you that and say, ‘Here, happy Thanksgiving.’ I can do that, and I can provide that for you. That’s a different feeling in general, and it’s a beautiful feeling overall.”

As you say your grace at Thanksgiving dinner, give thanks to Weezy.

Mary J Blige: “Love A Woman” Duet with Beyonce Meant for 4

Men gathered more insight into the female psyche when Mary J Blige dropped her single “How To Love A Woman” featuring music’s other queen Beyonce earlier this week.

As Blige prepares for the release of her album My Life…The Journey Continues, Act I on Tuesday, she revealed that the powerhouse duet was originally intended for Bey’s LP 4.

“It was a song she recorded for her album that didn’t fit her album and she sent it through her A&R people to give to me,” Blige told MTV News. “When the song came, her voice was on it completely and it was just amazing and I wasn’t sure that they wanted to give me this record because it was so amazing.”

The song comes from a direct Knowles saying that a woman needs “more than sex” while Blige warns that her man should not be found cheating. Ultimately, both agree that the opposite sex still has more to learn when it comes to satisfying their women.
